Sunday Worship Services

Sunday - 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM (Both include simulcast services)
These services include Bible teaching and opportunities to praise and worship God through music with congregational singing, and choral, vocal solo, and instrumental music.

The sermons are always Biblically-based. Throughout the year, some of the sermon series are topical in nature (Seeker Series, Freedom in Christ Series, etc), but most are expository in nature teaching scripture in a verse-by-verse approach (Joseph: A Life of Purpose, a study of the book of Jonah, etc.)

The style of our worship music is blended but weighted with contemporary music. The instrumentation includes piano, synthesizer keyboard, rhythm and bass guitars, drums, brass, woodwinds, and strings. On any given Sunday, we may express our worship to God through praise and worship choruses, hymns, traditional anthems, gospel style songs, and contemporary music. Each Sunday, however, the mix of styles may be different.

Child care and sunday school is available for newborns through fifth graders. Check at the Children's Welcome Center in the church atrium for specific classrooms by age and grade.

Location of Sunday Worship Services
Sunday services take place in two locations within the Ballast Point Campus.

EAST WORSHIP CENTER: The original Worship Center is at the EAST end of the building. Worship services are provided there each Sunday morning at 9:00, and 10:30 AM and are accompanied by contemporary/blended worship. The room seats a maximum of 550 people and this limited capacity accounts for the need for multiple worship services each Sunday morning.
WEST WORSHIP CENTER: Worship also takes place in a second auditorium at the WEST side of the building. Services also occur there at 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. with live music. The sermons are simulcast to the WEST Worship Center from the EAST. Those attending worship in the WEST enjoy larger-than-life presentations of the sermons along with contemporary worship lead by guitar. This simulcast is made possible through state-of-the-art technology to deliver the pastor's message via a 15-foot high-definition projection.

Wednesday Worship Service

Wednesday 6:30-7:45 PM
Worship Services are held in the EAST Worship Center each Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Children’s activities for ages 3 through 5th grade AND separate middle school worship are provided simultaneously to the Wednesday Evening Worship service. The service includes group prayer time, praise and worship congregational singing, and an in-depth Bible study. This is consistently an expository message using a verse-by-verse discovery of God’s Word.

Wednesday Evening Dinner
The Wednesday Evening Worship Service is preceded each week by an open dinner hosted by the STF Food Service Department. It is designed for the convenience of those attending the evening’s activities. Serving begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 6:00 PM It is a great opportunity to enjoy great food and incredible fellowship. Other Services

Baptism
STF follows the biblical requirement of baptism after accepting Christ as one's Savior. As such, it provides a baptismal service once a month in a relaxed setting outside the church. If you wish to be baptized, please contact us. For a list of upcoming baptismal services check the events calendar.

Communion
STF are communion services Scheduled quarterly and are for those that have accepted Christ as their savior.
